Check your local telephone book for tire dealers, if they can't repair it they can most likely either tell you who can or where to get another rim, or, since it's a 94, try your local junkyards, I've gotten rims and tires for a 90 Dakota at one near me for $10 apiece a few years ago, and they're still on it, rims and tires.
