...broken inside ,and I cannot open the boot can anyone tell how to fix?

i own a shop,and if you,ll look in the owners manual they give directions as to how to get this one open ,it has a cable in the trunk that will release it once its open then you can repair it,its usually just the actuator that causes this,and there is a fuse for that also,it may have just blown a fuse id also check that ,but you can get it to open from the emergency pull cable ,and it should have one on it,good luck with it hope this helps.
