NO CAR with 70,000 miles on it is considered to be in EXCELLENT condition. Go to CarFax to see how used cars are rated AND get an idea of a reasonable price. Also, Volvo only as an afterthought began to consider rustproofing.I think 2003 might be O.K. but have an expert check for present and future rust problems.Do you know the M.D. that bought it new?
